Acceptance of these terms
These terms apply to the Jangolo website, hosted account pages, mobile application, and related services. If you do not agree with these terms, do not create an account or continue using the service.
Accounts and organization access
You are responsible for the information used to create your account and for keeping your login details secure. Organization owners and administrators control user roles, permissions, and access to organization data.
Actions completed from an authenticated account may be treated as actions authorized by that user or organization unless unauthorized access is reported promptly.
Organization data
Jangolo helps teams record business activity such as sales, inventory, purchases, customers, suppliers, payments, documents, expenses, and reports. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the data entered in your organization.
Data entered in an organization workspace may be visible to authorized users of that organization according to their roles.
Responsible use
You agree not to misuse Jangolo or use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity. You must not attempt to bypass security controls, access another organization without permission, disrupt the service, or upload content that you are not allowed to use.
Subscriptions, trials, and payments
Some Jangolo features may be offered as paid plans, trials, or optional services. Plan limits, pricing, taxes, renewal terms, and payment methods may be shown during signup, in the application, or in a separate written agreement.
You are responsible for paying applicable charges linked to your account or organization when a paid service is selected.
Service changes and availability
Jangolo may update, suspend, or modify features to improve security, performance, reliability, or user experience. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
Security and support
You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access, data exposure, or account misuse. Jangolo may use technical and organizational controls to protect the platform, investigate issues, and support users.
Intellectual property
Jangolo keeps all rights to the application, software, design, documentation, brand elements, and infrastructure. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative services from Jangolo unless we give written permission.
Limitations
Jangolo helps organize business management data, but it does not replace an accountant, tax advisor, bank, lawyer, payment provider, or official public service. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and complying with laws that apply to your business.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Jangolo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages resulting from use of the platform.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being misused, creates security risk, violates these terms, or may harm Jangolo, users, or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service, legal requirements, or business practices change. The updated date on this page shows when the current version became effective. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
